Materials
PLA (Polylactic Acid)
At Form Farm, we proudly offer PLA (Polylactic Acid), a biodegradable thermoplastic derived from renewable resources like farm waste. Ideal for a variety of applications, PLA is perfect for creating prototypes, hobbyist projects, and educational tools. Our PLA filament adheres exceptionally well to build surfaces, ensuring smooth layer adhesion and a high-quality finish. Available in a wide range of colors and specialty blends, our PLA is a fantastic choice for eco-conscious creators looking to bring their designs to life.
PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol-Modified)
Our PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol-Modified) materials combine the best attributes of both PLA and ABS, making them a standout option for your 3D printing needs. PETG is known for its excellent durability and flexibility, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including mechanical parts and food-contact devices. Our PETG filament is easy to print with low warping and is chemically resistant, making it perfect for environments exposed to harsh substances. Choose PETG for robust, reliable results.
Resin - Opaque
Our opaque resin is a versatile material that allows for vibrant, colored creations with a smooth finish. Used for figurines, models, and custom parts, this resin enables intricate detailing and design flexibility. Our opaque resin can be mixed with various pigments, providing an extensive color palette for your artistic vision. Like our clear resin, it requires post-curing and cleaning to ensure durability and a polished appearance.
CERAMICS
We collaborate with production partners to create stunning ceramic sculptures using a combination of 3D printing and traditional molding techniques. First, we design and 3D print highly detailed models, which serve as the basis for the final ceramic piece. These 3D-printed models are used to create precise molds, capturing every intricate detail. Our partners then use these molds to cast ceramic sculptures, ensuring a high-quality finish that reflects the original design.

After casting, the ceramic pieces undergo firing and glazing, resulting in durable and beautifully finished sculptures. This process allows us to offer custom ceramic works with the precision of 3D printing and the timeless craftsmanship of traditional ceramics.
ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)
We utilize ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) in our production processes for its impressive strength and durability. This thermoplastic is ideal for functional parts and prototypes that require impact resistance and high temperature tolerance. Our ABS materials can be easily post-processed through sanding, acetone smoothing, or painting, allowing you to achieve the perfect finish for your project. With applications ranging from automotive components to consumer goods, ABS is a versatile choice for a wide array of industries.
Resin - Clear
Our clear resin offers unparalleled transparency, making it perfect for creating high-quality objects with a glass-like finish. This liquid material is ideal for jewelry, prototypes, and artistic models, allowing for intricate details and smooth surfaces. Our clear resin can be easily tinted or colored to achieve stunning effects, and we ensure that every piece undergoes proper post-curing and cleaning for enhanced clarity and strength.
TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) - EXPERIMENTAL
We offer TPU, a flexible and elastic material perfect for applications that require durability and flexibility. TPU is widely used for wearables, phone cases, and industrial seals due to its ability to stretch and return to shape without breaking. Our TPU materials provide excellent abrasion resistance and smooth surface finishes.
PRECIOUS METALS
We collaborate with our trusted production partners to offer custom creations in 9k gold, silver, and large-scale bronze. Our process begins by designing and 3D printing intricate models of the desired pieces. These 3D-printed models are then used to create precise molds, ensuring that every fine detail of the design is captured.

For 9k gold and silver, these molds are used in the lost-wax casting process, where molten metal is poured into the mold, forming beautiful, finely detailed jewelry and art pieces. For large-scale bronze works, the same process is applied, allowing us to produce stunning sculptures and functional items with the rich, timeless appeal of bronze.

This collaboration allows us to combine the accuracy of 3D printing with traditional metal casting, offering unique and high-quality pieces tailored to your vision.
