3D FORM FARM MANUFACTURING TERMS & CONDITIONS  
Payment Terms
 Full payment is required before production begins. Custom or bulk orders may require a deposit, with the balance due before delivery. Orders will not proceed until payment is received and cleared. 
File Licensing & Responsibility
 The client must have the correct licenses for any files provided for production. 3D Form Farm is responsible solely for manufacturing and does not verify or obtain file licenses. Any legal disputes regarding file ownership or licensing remain the client’s responsibility. 
Turnaround Time
 Production timelines vary based on order size, complexity, and material availability. Estimated lead times will be provided upon order confirmation. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as supply chain disruptions, will be communicated as soon as possible. 
Revisions & Modifications
 Once production has started, any requested modifications may incur additional costs. All change requests must be submitted in writing and approved before adjustments are made. Reprinting due to client-requested design changes is treated as a new order. 
Quality & Print Tolerances
 Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor surface imperfections and slight dimensional variations may occur. While every effort is made to match the digital model, exact replication cannot be guaranteed. Clients must specify tolerances for functional parts before production begins. 
Returns & Refunds
 All sales are final. Refunds or reprints are only offered in cases of clear manufacturing defects. Issues related to design flaws in supplied files are not grounds for a refund or reprint. Any concerns regarding defects must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order. 
Delivery & Collection
 Shipping costs are separate unless explicitly stated in the order agreement. Clients must collect orders within 7 days of completion unless prior arrangements are made. Uncollected orders may be discarded or subject to storage fees after 14 days. 
Liability 
3D Form Farm is not liable for the improper use or failure of printed parts. The client is responsible for ensuring the printed parts function correctly for their intended purpose. Liability is limited to the cost of the original order. 
Acceptance of Terms
 Proceeding with an order constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions. It is the client’s responsibility to review and understand these terms before placing an order.
